    This story is disingenuous if not outright dishonest. Under international law, it IS NOT illegal to use WP as a covering mechanism or to light a scene at night. When this story says, "The questions remain, did Israel use white phosphorus on civilians in violation of international law…", it's not true. Using WP is only illegal if it is PURPOSEFULLY used against civilians.

    This story has made me question the legitimacy of Amnesty. If they are wrong about such a simple issue, what else are they wrong about?

    This story has made me question the legitimacy of Amnesty. If they are wrong about such a simple issue, what else are they wrong about?
