  1. "Create mechanisms to allow for investigation of abuses, prosecution and redress for affected individuals and communities." If they ever do, I will be the first in line. So, don't expect them to ever do it. Anyone that has been abused by this system knows how far they will go to shut you up.

  2. What would the mechanisms for investigating abuse look like? Has specific legislation about that aspect of this been put forward by anyone?

  3. Redressing an individual back into society is unfortunately impossible, but so are the other suggestions. Don't get me wrong, i'm totally against the way the NSA is treating people worldwide (because as you know this isn't an american issue anymore), but I think we've got a long way ahead of us before stopping them
